yer true but difficult to think of this when going through a drama !!! speaking as someone with aspergers i find bad times difficult to cope with as find it hard to forget!
The only certainty in life is change. When the sad place claims me, I breathe and relax into it and remember that life is change. Even if I do *nothing* to help myself feel better, and even if no one reaches out to me, I can be confident that I won’t feel that way forever. Everything changes, inevitably, and emotions even more so.
